I Am Her Summit (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is produced by TechItUp, LLC d/b/a Mac Media & Publishing, based in Houston, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through iamhersummit.com and our registration, sponsor, vendor, presenter, and nomination forms, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you buy a ticket, apply to sponsor, register as a vendor, submit a presenter proposal, nominate someone for an award, or contact us, we collect what you enter — such as your name, email address, phone number, business or organization name, and the details you choose to share. If you list other attendees (for example, a Table of 10 guest list), we collect the names and emails you provide for them.

Payment information. Ticket and vendor payments are processed securely by our checkout platform, Kajabi, and its payment processors. We do not see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and hosting provider may collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device, and IP address, and may use cookies needed to keep the site working properly. We do not currently use advertising or tracking pixels on this website.

How we use your information

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Photos and video at the event

I Am Her Summit is photographed and filmed. By attending, you understand that you may appear in photos or video that we use to share and promote the Summit, including on our website and social media. If you would prefer not to be photographed, please let a team member know at check-in.

How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes above, including planning future Summits, and as required for our business and tax records.
