What selected presenters should know.

Selected breakout presenters must register for the summit. Presenters will have access to the discounted $147 early-bird General Admission rate, regularly $197. Registration includes breakfast and lunch.

Selected presenters will also be expected to meet all planning, content, and promotional deadlines provided in their presenter agreement and onboarding materials.

Who should submit a proposal?

Experienced professionals, entrepreneurs, leaders, facilitators, coaches, practitioners, and subject-matter experts with content aligned to one of the five breakout tracks.

How many presenter opportunities are available?

A limited number of breakout-session opportunities are available. Final capacity may expand as the summit program and registration needs are confirmed. Proposals will be reviewed for alignment, quality, audience relevance, and overall program balance.

Do selected presenters have to purchase a ticket?

Yes. Selected presenters must register for the summit and will be eligible for the $147 discounted General Admission rate. Registration includes breakfast and lunch.

When will applicants receive a decision?

Selection notifications will be sent in December 2026. An exact notification date is not being published.

What makes a proposal competitive?

Competitive proposals have a clear focus, specific participant outcomes, practical application, credible expertise, and an engaging format that aligns with No Permission Needed.

How will session length and room details be handled?

Final session duration, room assignments, available technology, and presentation requirements will be provided to selected presenters during onboarding.

May a business or service be promoted during the session?

Breakout sessions should prioritize attendee learning rather than function as sales presentations. Opportunities for vendor participation and sponsorship are available separately.

Where will proposals be submitted?

All proposals will be submitted through the official Google Form linked on this page. Email submissions will not be reviewed.
