The early-bird vendor experience includes a 6-foot table, two vendor badges, direct selling access, and applicable program or digital-guide recognition. Final setup details will appear in the vendor agreement.
Yes. Some sponsorship arrangements may include vendor space, or an approved vendor space may be added separately.
Complete the appropriate interest or application form. Approved partners receive confirmation, agreement details, payment instructions, and next steps.
Yes. Custom sponsorship, community-ticket support, products, gift cards, wellness items, and experience-enhancing contributions may be considered.
The 2027 summit will be held at Norris Conference Center, CityCentre in Houston, Texas.

Vendor tables are reserved by application, so every brand in the marketplace is a great fit for the women in our room.
Tell us about your business below. Our team reviews every application, and a member of our team will follow up within 24–48 hours. Approved vendors receive a link to reserve their table — $150 early bird through December 31, 2026 ($250 regular).
